Asthma is a long-term lung disease that directly affects your airways or we can explain it as a disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Your airways can be describe as tunnel that carry air in and out of your lungs. Wall of your airways become swollen in people suffering from asthma, this makes them sensitive and resulted in to breathing problem. Airways get narrower and lungs get very less amount of air, when your airways react. This further lead to breathing problem, coughing, chest tightness and wheezing, especially in early morning or at night.
