Aerobics should be performed three to five days weekly for at least 25-30 minutes for the best results. Start out with three days a week until you build stamina. You can alternate a few minutes of aerobics with weight training, which is known as interval training, or do one day of aerobics and one day of weights with a rest in between.

These are the two best tips to get rid of cellulite. While exercise and diet won't completely remove it, a toned body looks healthier and has fewer fat cells. There is no secret formula. It takes diligence and commitment to have the body you want.
