Another very easy recipe is simply carrot; all you need is carrots as they are fantastic to have on their own. If you don't fancy having one vegetable on its own or you don't like vegetables, then they are great mixed in with fruits. If you add one carrot to a fruit juice recipe then you cannot taste the carrot, but are still receiving all of the benefits from it and remember it is the healthiest way to start the day.
